Low Season -  £669 (US$ 1265) per week - £95 (US$ 180) per night:

Mid Season -  £749 (US $1395) per week - £107 (US$ 199) per night:

High Season - £859 (US$1595) per week - £123 (US$ 228 per night):

Christmas, Easter, other holiday rates :£895 (US$1695) per week

  • Minimum 5 Nights  *Cleaning charge of $110/£60 applies
  • Pool Heating £99 (US$ 200) per week

Rental Policy:

  • We reserve the right to deny single-sex parties.
  • The group must include an adult over 21 years of age.
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets
  • 12 guests maximum
  • Check-in at 4:00 PM
  • Check-out at 11:00 AM

Deposit Policy:

  • Non refundable deposit of $300 per week of stay is due within 7 days of your initial reservation.
  • Payment of balance plus Security Deposit due in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
  • Refundable security/breakage deposit of $300 due within 8 weeks of arrival along with balance payment.
  • Deposit will be returned in full 14 days after departure provided no damage is reported.

Refund Policy:

    In the event of needing to cancel your reservation, the following applies:
  • 12 weeks or more prior to departure 20% of total charge.
  • 8 or more weeks prior to departure 50% of the total charge.
  • Less than 8 weeks 100% of total charge.
